This is a 5-day, 4-night fishing to the Canadian border (we don't cross, don't worry about a passport) Included in the trip are 12 meals, 4-nights stay, all fishing equipment, 27 ft. boats (6 people to a boat) and fishing guide.
Once at the resort, you will need to purchase a $37 Minnesota fishing license.
Overall, the ice fishing limit for walleyes and sauger is a combined limit of 8 fish. Up to 4 of those 8 can be walleyes, the rest saugers. The slot limit for walleyes on Lake of the Woods MN is 19 ½ to 28', meaning walleyes between this slot must be immediately released. Anglers are allowed to keep one walleye per day 28″ or over. With over 14,000 islands, Lake of the Woods (LOW) puts a new perspective on fishing. You'll find LOW right on the tripoint of Minnesota, Ontario, and Manitoba, and each of these states is known for its superb action on the water.

With Trip Assurance, if you have to cancel because of a medical condition or death less than 30-days prior to the trip, we'll refund 40% of your payment; plus you'll receive another 40% of your payment in the form of a future trip credit, minus the Trip Assurance charge.
You may cancel outside of 30-days with a full refund, minus the Trip Assurance.

Air Travel
Air fare is booked at Economy class group rate. Upgrades may be requested at additional cost.
One carry-on bag, meeting the airline specifications, is included in the trip price.
Additional charges for checked bags may be imposed by the airline and is the responsibility of the traveler.
Airlines may change departure times and/or layover sites. Please check the status one day prior to the flight.
Ground Transportation
Ground transportation is provided by air-conditioned motor coach.
Seat rotation is not enforced.
If you need special accommodations or have concerns during the trip, please speak with the host and every effort will be made to make suitable arrangements.
All items brought onto the motor coach must be kept clear of the aisle.
Please ensure luggage brought on the motor coach is not excessive and allows for all passengers to be accommodated.

Lodging in cabins
Each unit is complete with living room, two single beds per bedroom, bathroom, TV, towels & bedding. Based on availability, there are two, and three bedroom cabins at hand for reservations. For the 2021 season, we are requiring groups to be 4 or more.
American Plan meals
Featuring homestyle evening dinners (with salad & dessert), piping hot breakfasts & sack lunches prepared for you on your fishing days.
Beverages
Bring a small cooler for transporting your fish on the way home. Other than at breakfast, you are responsible for your own beverage during lunch & dinner. Our full service bar offers a complete list of beers, liquors, and non-alcoholic beverages. The gift shop also offers the sale of similar beverages, along with snacks & souvenirs.

You can purchase a MN angling license here at Ballard's, cost for a MN Resident is $26 & non-resident 72 hour is $37. Your social security number is needed. Or, prior to the trip, go on-line at www.dnr.state.mn.us and obtain your license.
